Am having some problems with audiobooks. Usually we download books from
the library using Overdrive program and that works great. We can put the
book on the iPod, iPhone, iPad and even the Zune.
But sometimes we buy a book on CD or checkout from library on CD and
that becomes a mess.
Copying the CD into iTunes is fine, just like a music CD, but then there
is a bazillion files for the book in Music. Can make a separate Playlist
and then load that on to the iDevices, but that doesn't take advantage
of the bookmark or resume features and there are still a million files
to get lost in, some just seconds long. Have done some searching for
solutions online but so far not working well.
Does anyone have a good source for steps to do this right? -For
converting the million files into one or a few larger files and making
that into an iTunes usable audiobook file?
