When I get a PDF file in Safari, it offers to open in...<several apps> along
with another button with what I guess is the preferred/primary offering of
Docs2Go -- but GoodReader isn't listed at all. Fortunately, all I have to do
is select/copy the url & GR can d/l it directly.
Whether that's a programming omission or a conscious choice of how to handle
it I couldn't say.

The programmer just wasn't thinking. They all can use it but they gotta be
written to use it.
