Nope -- you have to consciously delete the file from DropBox to remove
it from that app. The reason for that is that DropBox isn't just for
computer-to-iPad file movement. It's to move files between any/all
devices that can run DropBox, so just getting it to one device doesn't
mean that you won't want to get it to other devices also.
It's an easy process to delete a file from DropBox, either on the
computer (highlight the file and hit the Delete key) or on the iPad (in
the list of files hit the Edit button, then the red circle with the
minus sign and then the Delete icon), but you have to do it yourself, it
won't be done automatically.
