I hope the surgery went well.
I've been battling/coping with a "knee" for over a year, changed my
activities, done rehab, etc. -- and am hoping not to get to the "have
surgery" point. Having had two rotator cuff repairs & rehabs (& I was
younger then!) I'm not sure I'm up for another such grind
(and I don't own a sofa!)

I think most of them will work with a cover though if you want to save money
the foam bead pillows work well. I have just spent 2 days with my knee
"propped above my heart" on my sofa (after surgery) and I have to say that
the ePillow has been a great help. I was at first I felt a little suckered
in but the "ledge" has been a big help to work in that position.
