What I neglected to put into my original post is that the Pulse and other crashes started right after I updated to iOS 4.3.1. That's why I asked about how to contact Apple rather than the Pulse developer. I've already submitted a couple of reports to the developer and they are looking into it, but without results so far. Where is the best place to report this to Apple as well?
