Stickiness problem, means that Apple Music isn't sticky enough to keep users on it. Sticky being desired, wanted.
Wifi. You can use it on cellular to ensure your music playing is uninterrupted.

Not sure what is meant by a stickiness problem, but I am loving it. I pretty much listen only in the car, although occasionally at home. And every day I am finding new music to love, tunes I never would have heard otherwise. Even among my favorite artists, when I pick "station," I get offered new artists and new music.
The only problem I am having is that it is on wifi, so if I get in an area with poor wifi reception, I don't get anything. I would love to see Apple find a way to hook to satellite.
The only other problem is that I can only change stations at red lights, or pull over. It would be nice to have it work through the car system.
And I am grandfathered to unlimited data :)
