Finally figured it out.  Have to go to passcode and re-enter the passcode then an option pops up to deactivate it.  Thanks

Good morning,

When I reset my iPad 3, I put in a passcode.  Now it is aggravating me every time I go to the iPad I have to re-enter the passcode.  I can't remember how to delete it so I don't have to enter it each time the iPad goes to sleep.  Help please and thank you.
