It's possible. You're not buying from Amazon with that listing. Amazon
is an aggregator for over 1.3 *million* individual sellers. The
Apple headphones are sold by a company calling itself "Merry Christmas
and Love" which has about 15 products listed, and they seem to have
very mixed ratings.
