I found that my iPhone4 slowed down.
I've heard the same from others, though maybe not here.
Maybe it depends on what you do with it?

Using my iPhone4 w iOS7. Worked first time installed and every time since
smoothly and fast. Find no use in upgrading my iPhone4 as it does everything
except Siri, and Siri was not an enticing reason to me.
