I also use the Family Feud game daily.
At lunch time 4-10 of us walk 8-10 laps around the office and we play family feud while we walk. It makes the walk fun and it keeps our mind off of how long we walk.

built-in "iPod" (mostly audiobook & podcast), mail, etc.

These are what I use *all the time*, though I dabble about with plenty of
other apps on all devices.
