No, I generally close the Safari tabs I am not using.
There has been an improvement side I cleared the history, etc. but it still happens.
This problem occurs when I am using Twitter and I click on a link to read a story that is usually on a newspaper web site or a broadcast news website. The problem is not unique to a particular site. It does not look like they are opening using the usual Safari interface, I don't know how this works. Hosted by Twitter?
