If my iPad and iPhone sync to the cloud they will share information?

>To clarify a bit. If you upgrade to iOS5, the **iPad** will be able to sync to iCloud, not the Snow Leopard computer. Depending on your uses, it may be of some interest just the same. I rather like the security of the Cloud backup.
