Mick,
Virtually all of the consumer AV products are useless against modern PC
malware. Since almost all malware, other than trojans, rely on
memory/buffer overflow, your best bet is eEye Blink since it will completely
protect you against this generically, and no need for useless signature
updates.
However, I highly suggest that you also use Sandboxie and sandbox any app
that will be running while you are connected to Internet.
Of course, you could possibly skip all this if you never connect Bootcamp to
the Internet, but you would still be vulnerable to malware from a USB
drive/device.
BTW, although OS X is excellent when it comes to malware, you are still
vulnerable to certain browser and app vulnerabilities, plus phishing,
tabnapping ,etc....so you still need to be careful. I keep my confidential
data offline and encrypted, restart the computer and use a SSB when
accessing a confidential site, and I only use OS X.
(Gee, I made it through the last paragraph without just typing OSX, so much
easier, but it offends the fanboys.)
