when people have problems, as much detail as possible is necessary
1) what model & OS
2) jailbroke or not
3) what precisely happened the five-ten minutes prior to the issue (what was running, plugged in, ambient temp, 99% humidity, using it on the crapper, etc)
4) can you replicate the problem.
5) what steps have you taken to fix the problem.
6) as much more as possible.
7) kind words if possible (hey when you are frazzled its rough to do)
