Maybe you did. I'm not sure. But I'll add that when doing a restore I've had those text replacements not come across in partial and had a few come back from years past. I've just manually move them. This was iOS 7 or so and if seems like twice if i remember correctly )

You have some options. I'd prolly add it where needed and be done with it. Chalk it up to a glitch. If you have AppleCare you could call to find out why. They may have you do some things like reboot or reset all settings which may or may not fix the issue. Erasing the device would be a last resort. Signing out and back into iCloud may fix it too. I dunno. But I'd try manually and just move along. Your call.
