If I pull down from the top of ipad it's there but it doesn't tell me where the icon is. I'd like to move it back to the TV/Movie folder.

If you search for an app that IS on your iPad, using Spotlight (enter the name, AND press "Search"), the results screen shows the app, and the folder it is in.

If it doesn't show a folder, then the app isn't IN a folder.
