Is it possible to send a Group email from my iPad to large blocks of my Contacts without inputting each contact separately?
I have 2 subgroups in Contacts: "Friends&Family" and "UCMC" — the latter is my former place of business.
If I open a new mail in Apple Mail on my Mac, and enter "UCMC" in the "To:" field, it is automatically populated with all the members of that group (listed individually).
In Mail on the iPad, if I do the same thing, I get a popup listing all the members of that group, which I can then select as a group.
I would recommend, as with most group emails, entering them NOT in the "To:" field, but in the "BCC:" field, so that you aren't sending a long list of email addresses to everyone on the destination list.
My iPad doesn't show my Groups. The computer I sync iPad to does but how do I get on the iPads?
My contacts (and calendars) are synched to my devices through iCloud.
