I clicked a folder icon in the dick and it came up. Instead here I click start. Hover to all apps and twiddle my thumbs while it thinks. I think my computer and network is slow.

To access all apps in OS X how do you do that with no lag? Click Finder and click Applications. In Windows Click Start button, click All Programs. Same result. Ones less click in OS X as the apps are there, i Windows some apps are there some are in a folder. Again less pretty in Windows, but overall the access in both is very similar
