Yep, you can pin to the task bar and pin to the Start button. Its not a Dock that Mac users are used to, but its just as easy, just not so pretty

I just pin the ones I use all the time to the task bar on the desktop.  Easy as pie.

Now on to install the latest build of Windows 10 Tech preview!!  :)

I still find the start menu odd. Why all programs is a submenu with a lag is GRR to me. But I suppose it would be much much better if I could choose the dozen apps at the main level :)
