There is no way to get a refund for an app.

I wanted to listen to podcasts from a radio show. I quickly discovered that a premium membership is required to listen to the podcasts. Everything else offered is available for free on the web.
I went back to the ad for the app and read it more carefully and did find in very small and faint type that a premium membership is required.
I can't figure out how to get a refund, can someone point me in the right direction?
