I have no problem with Apple enforcing their contract -- it's the fact
that they let these apps into iTunes first and *then* much later
decided, "oh, yeah, that violates your contract." Well, duh, didn't
they violate the contract initially, too? Who at Apple was responsible
for checking that sort of thing? Doesn't somebody at iTunes actually
run these apps to ensure that they work and that they meet the terms of
the contract?
