It does help with the discussion, but what's the use of discussing what they are taking out unless some suggestions are made about what or where to go to get the functionality lost.
I'm not as worried about gallery, but iDisk is just darned handy. And the ability to keep keychains, bookmarks and other things in sync with mobileme was great. When bringing up a new machine getting all those little things in place on it is so easy with mobileme sync.
