But since you're talking iPad, you are probably thinking of NeoOffice Mobile, which is at:

But it's not a version of NeoOffice running on your iPad, rather a way to access files. But the app doesn't allow editing (you might be able to do that in Safari though, but I'm not sure). I'm not sure of the current state of affairs, but if you need suite-type software for the iPad it's iWork, Documents to Go, QuickOffice, and Office2. The latter options are cheaper than iWork, and depending on what types of files you normally use, perhaps better.
