Every day seems perfectly reasonable to me -- but I run it down to 40% or
less most days & I like to start the day with plenty of juice. :-)
I don't worry about running it all the way down monthly or anything. My
iTouch is still going strong even though I hardly ever go much beyond the
red-zone 20%.
