It depends.
If it's something free and common, like a free app or update from Apple, or the latest version of Firefox, go ahead and delete. You can likely download it again if you need it.
If it's software that you purchased and downloaded online, you may not be able to download it again. If you ever change computers, and you probably will, you'll really wish you hadn't deleted your only installer.
I'd evaluate them, then archive a DVD-R with backup copies of the important ones.

Apple uses .mdinfo to denote backup files for your iPhone or iPod Touch (and maybe the iPad?). I wouldn't delete those, unless you have a ton of older ones, and you know you won't need to revert that far back.

Looks like you have some stray mySQL databases hanging around. You may have an application which is using them. Check the Date Modified to see when they were last updated.
