Re: [iPad] Ideas, please

The last several times I have tried to back up my iPad on my Hewlett-Packard desktop computer, it shows that it's backing up, but it does not ask to install new purchases and it doesn't. I uploaded a new music CD to my computer, but it is not installing on my iPad. Any ideas what's wrong?

Most likely nothing.

I have a Mac, but iTunes will not automatically put ANYTHING (music, movies, books, apps, ringtones, whatever) on my device unless I check the item in the list-to-be-sync'd in iTunes.
