I need to upgrade my mini.  But I don't need the newest just something that can take  iOS11

I've been wishing Apple world put out a pro mini for a long time. It's bittersweet in a way though. This is the year I was looking forward to upgrading my iPhone 6+. If an iPad mini Pro comes out, I'll have to choose which to upgrade.
