Alice talk to Valoria at The 3G Store.  Near Chicago.  Excellent service after the sale.  I am in the same boat.  My Time Capsule went feet up a month ago.  I have another Apple router.  Just a matter of time.  I have used Cradlepoint routers in the past.

Honestly Home Kits are  too expensive for me. I now have to get another router due to Apple getting rid of routers. I don't know which router to get that had an app add easy to use as Apple Utility for the Apple router.
