I checked and it's still on iPhone but the wallet is empty on iPad. I only use Apple Pay on iPad on certain sites so I can live without it but I'd rather they didn't remove it, I just wanted not to have to unlock the da*n ipad.

If you remove the security (passcode) from a device, it won't allow you to use Apple Pay (for financial security reasons).
