Yesterday evening I sent an email to my pen pal using the Mail app. I know she received it, but the message didn't get saved in the Sent folder. I checked very carefully in case I deleted it by mistake and I definitely didn't. Any idea why it didn't get saved? I'm sure it happened once before.
