I did take it in to the place that replaced my screen last
year.
He downloaded everything to his computer, then he added it
added it back.
It is working, a bit slow a times, like it is thinking
about what I want.
After that he said there wasn't anything else he could do.
I have had it so long, don't believe it is covered.
Thanks for your experience.

And more to this...
I have a cover on it all the time.
I am unable go type, the keyboard won't drop down and my
logiteck keyboard
doesn't seem to want to work either. Batteries are new and
it won't stay connected.

Do you have the problems without the cover?

Maybe it means that cellular and wifi can make it accurate
to a degree, say a few metres, but BT can hone that into
accurate within a few feet? Given its range is only 30 feet

Outdoors WiFi has an effective signal radius of about 300
feet. Using only an SSID for location places you anywhere in
that 100,000 sqft area.
Bluetooth has a signal range of 30 feet (outdoors). So
placing your BT in to the Discovery mode can use any
Bluetooth IDs detected to reduce your location radius to
around 90 sqft, especially when you factor in BLE Beacons.
Using both signals one can set your location more accurate.

And how detailed is gps? Less acccurate than wifi?

"Detailed"? Do you mean "accurate"?
In the range of 5 meters with a 95% probability, assuming an
adequate signal from 3 or more satellites is available.

Is the increase in accuracy worth keeping BT on!
