You have no idea how that sounds like our family. My husband is very confused about any computer type technology. I am his tech support. We have apple TVs all around the house and I watch a lot of Netflix and Amazon and Acorn etc. I just throw the images on from my iPads. David can't do that but he doesn't watch those channels. He has pretty much figured out how to use the DVR on the ComCast box tho. :)

He said "the old one has 3 buttons and they aren't labeled. The new one has a number of buttons and they are all labeled". So I guess I made the right choice.
