Re: [iPad] Can't find my air printer

In my experience, wireless is less dependable than wired, though it works often enough to almost rely on it.  A few minutes ago I tried to AirPlay a book to a speaker a few inches away.  Nothing.  First, the speaker appeared in the connectables list but connection failed.  Then it was no longer on the list. I turned the speaker off and on, and the connection was made immediately.  Try everything.  Did it work yesterday?  Has connection ever failed before?  Have you cold started both iDevice and printer?  More than once?  Rebooted the router?  If failure continues and no other devices fail to connect wirelessly, buy a new printer.

For some reason my iPad can't find my printer lately.  I tried clearing the cache and rebooting but still doesn't work.  Any suggestions on how to get it back?  It can't find it even if I'm sitting right next to it, so it isn't weak wifi.  I'm stumped 🤔... it has been okay in the past.  This happened before iOS 10.

Thanks, Jan
