I'm getting the 38mm.  For the what it's worth department, I was talking to an Apple rep yesterday who said he was having a hard time deciding between the Milanese loop & Modern Buckle bands.  Unfortunately, I don't live near an Apple Store to see one in person on launch day so I'll pre-order.
