Sorry. There seemed to be a train of thought that the watch would have the sensors built in, which appears to be incorrect - the sensors will feed the data to the watch.

The watch will/does have some sensors.
It will, for example, be able to measure heart rate.
I think that would have to be by "watching" blood pulsation, which next leads to wondering about measuring pulse oximetry.
