An air is the solution but touch isn't. A ipad with a detachable keyboard has the touch and keyboard but no OS X. I think this solution is viable to what the OP or GPP was wanting.

OS X doesn't do touch input
iOS doesn't do mechanical pointer input (i.e., mouse, trackpad).
