OK. On your iPad, Touch the VIP list in your email sidebar. Then touch one of the 'VIP emails. Touch the sender's part at the top, it should bring up the profile (i.e. your own in this case) Down below are options, one of which is 'Remove from VIPs'

If I start getting emails from someone I don't want to miss, I click the star by their name and then they are in my VIP list. I can also remove anyone when the business is finished.
