Oh, DUH, I saw the "recorded" after sending that... I'm thinking yes, iTunes would be easiest. AND you'd have it on the computer too.

I recorded a friend playing a trad Irish the on my phone so I could learn it. I emailed it to myself, opened the email on my iPad 3. I was able to open the file and play it but can't figure out how to save it to play later. when I click in the box with the arrow I get open in dropbox, mail, open in wireless drive, open in evernote, and a couple of other useless options. Am I going to have to use iTunes and hook up my computer? It seems such an obvious thing that I would want to save it.
