My real complaint is that Apple's actions have not prevented Kindle
users from buying Kindle books without those sales passing through the
iTunes store. I'll still be able to buy Kindle books and Apple won't
have any control over them, quality wise nor economically. They've
merely inconvenienced the Kindle users and have gained nothing in return
except for customer dissatisfaction.
