Re: [iPad] Re: 'Your ipad ID has been disabled' message

Been there, done that. Doesn't do anything.

I've been doing a lot of reading on the web about this problem since i posted about it and it's very widespread. It's happened to a lot of frustrated users.

One of the things i think might have happened though. Last week i got a PP email notice for $14.98 from itunes that i did not recognize and contacted paypal to dispute it thinking it must be a fraud hack. Then after noticing that what Apple did was.. they added two itunes purchases together. $9.99+$4.99=$14.98 and made one charge. Usually they're treated separately. Maybe they just recently started combining like this i don't know.
When i caught the error, i retracted my dispute from PP very quickly, like an hour later. Then the payment went through normally.
What i think, maybe, what happened was some Apple robot shut me down because of that.

Jeez, it's been a week since that transaction. They got paid... But still i get shut down?

Hey, don't screw with Apple, Man...Welcome to the apple way.

If this is the reason this happened, i'll have no choice but to wait until apple contacts me to get it fixed. And from what i've read it could take weeks. If this is what happened...bummer... I hope it gets fixed soon. Cause it sure ain't no fun to be shut out of buying and updating apps.
