I'm 72 and I don't have many problems with it. I like the way the library is organized and I love the use of playlists to load into my iDevices. I also like that it's similar in organization with iPhoto. windows probably does this to but I think when programs are arranged about the same with similar commands once you learn one it's pretty easy to move to another program even if it's new to you.
