I check my gmail (and 16 other accounts) on my PC via Eudora every 5 mins. leaving mail on server. My iPad swooshes it in via "push". I go to PC once a day and delete mail from server and delete junk I don't want. It's a pain, but I have to do it this way until the iPad can selectively delete mail from server. I need copies on my PC that I need to keep. Would never keep on iPad. I only have the 16g.
