Add your son via address book instead of just typing it in the TO line because it takes the name from history, not the address book when you do that.

I have just searched this topic and from all I can find, there is NOT a way to remove previous recipients from your Mail program as there is In the Mac OS. So the address for my friend Dan who died keeps popping up when I want to send an emai, to my son Dan..... Anyone have any ideas on this?
