My iPad Baby Pro and my iPhone 6+, both running 10.1.1, display an album named "Camera Roll".

When I updated both iPhone and iPad top iOS 10 it changed the name of Camera Roll to All Photos.

Do you have "Photos in the Cloud" turned on?

Yes, I use iCloud photo. I pay the 99¢ a month for extra storage also.

Maybe that is the entire difference between "Camera ROLL" AND "All Photos"…
