Most places have 1-2 cable providers and 1-2 satyellite providers to choose from. They seem to sell expensive packages $50+ channels a month wth no premiums (I'm guessing. I hasn't had tv since like 09 or 07)

2. Our one cable provider is Sky, which is via satellite. Everyone loves to hate Sky as they have this misconception it has a monopoly. Sky Basic includes FTA, the Natgeo, History etc channels. CNN, Fox, BBC News, Kids channels, Living Channel Food channel etc etc.About $47 a month. To get Sport thats $26 more. To get Movies thats $26 more. HD is $10 more. Rent the recorder thats $20 more. The bugbear is many don't want Sky at $100 a month just to watch sport. It has all the key sports and many smaller sports. 4 sport channels, with 2 to 7 popups as needed. 2 x ESPN Its great for sport. When I had Sky with sport it was $100 per month.
