Re: [iPad] Re: Silencing Apple Music

It hadn't occurred to me that the music was coming from the iPhone circuitry, rather than from Apple Music.  Thanks!

I'm not using Bluetooth, because sound is clearer with a USB connection.  Point understood, though.  Thanks II  😎

I had that happen, but it was my music, not Apple Music. My Apple Music only comes on if I have left it open, and then it will continue the song it was playing when I turned off. To stop my music from playing the same song, which I grew to hate, I ended up putting my music on shuffle.
To stop music coming on at all, if that is truly what you want, don't leave your radio on Bluetooth. Then you would have to physically turn it on.

In the car, whenever I open my iPhone, Apple Music starts playing a song, the same song. I've not opened Music, and it wasn't running in the background. The OS opens it, all by itself. I've become thoroughly sick of that song.

I'd welcome suggestions on how to convince iOS to break this annoying habit.
