How about adding Apple help into the equation? I like knowing I have a place to go and a number to call when I need help. I haven't run into any problem a Genius couldn't fix.

I don't look beyond Apple. High-quality design and construction and reliable supporting infrastructure. Solid build, pleasing and minimalist design, and close and intelligent attention to user experience. No-brainier. Why waste time looking elsewhere, at least so long as everyone's in the same game?
