I run my two person family with 3.5gb monthly. I use one. She uses 2.5. I see 4 person households commonly only getting 16-20 on the top end. 7 by one person would be a huge chunk of either with a 3-4+ person household.

There are about 43,000 minutes in a month.
AAC files run about 1 MB/min.
If you streamed AAC music files 24/7, you could therefore use on the order of 43 GB of data in a months. If you only did it 4 hours a day, it would be only about 7 GB.
