I have been using White Pages app in Android and tried True Caller because White Pages does not always know the caller name/ID/info/is it spam, etc.
But True Caller was worse, confusing, and tried to do too much....so I uninstalled True Caller after a couple weeks. It did not upset any of my other apps or data.
Worth a try if it works for you.
