[iPad] New iPad

 


I got my iPad last October, I think.  Maybe November.
It has not been holding a charge for a couple of months. I took it to a local T-Mobile store a couple of months ago.  He suggested taking it to an Apple Store, which I never got to do.
Today I called T-Mobile  and I asked about my iPad.  Was referred to an iPad specialist.  After a few minutes and a remote diagnostic test.  I get it replaced at no charge.  New one is coming Tuesday.  Hurray.
I love T-Mobile.
